Ntokozo Majola is a seasoned strategist and ecosystem-builder with more than 28 years of extensive leadership experience across economic development, enterprise and supplier development, trade facilitation, incubation programmes, and stakeholder engagement. She has led large-scale, high-impact programmes focused on SME development, transformative innovation, women empowerment, and inclusive economic growth.

Her experience includes senior executive leadership overseeing national operations, donor-funded programmes, and strategic partnerships with international organisations including the European Union (EU), GIZ, UNDP, and the International Trade Centre (ITC). She has successfully negotiated and managed multimillion-rand contracts funded by international development partners, including GIZ and the EU, ensuring effective delivery, compliance, and impact.

An entrepreneur and impact-driven leader, she brings a proven track record in building sustainable ecosystems that connect the public sector, private sector, and development partners to drive enterprise growth.
