The WiMBIZSA Green Mining Programme Operating Framework 2026–2030 establishes the governance, operating model, investment-readiness process, skills requirements and funding facilitation approach through which Women in Mining Business SA (WiMBIZSA) will
support qualifying women-owned mining projects to access capital, commence production, restart operations or expand existing mining operations.

The Programme is designed to address a critical challenge facing women-owned mining businesses: many projects have secured mineral rights, permits, technical studies, market opportunities or even achieved production, but are unable to progress or grow because of limited access to funding and resources.

The Programme will not replace the independent investment decision-making, technical due
diligence or credit processes of funders and investors.
