
Khosi Sibisi

Makhosazana “Khosi”; Sibisi is a business leader, entrepreneur, and sustainability executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, mining, ESG, and strategic leadership. She has served in executive and non-executive leadership roles across listed and unlisted companies, providing oversight on governance, sustainability, stakeholder relations, and business growth.
Khosi began her mining career at Harmony Gold before founding Khusela Women Investments, a 100% women-owned coal mining company that established operating mines in South Africa. In 2018, she was recognised among the Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining by Women in Mining UK She is the Founder and Executive Chairperson of Women in Mining Business South Africa (WiMBIZSA), where she leads initiatives that promote inclusive participation in mining and industrial development. She is also the Founder of KS Management Consultants, advising organisations on ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, and governance aligned with international standards and responsible business practices.
She holds a BA in Social Science from City College of New York, a Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management from The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Michigan State University, USA, and a Certificate in ESG Sustainability Reporting and Regulation Implementation from Illinois University, USA
